The Fishbowl

The Fishbowl surrounds smart, inventive people with even smarter, proven experts. iHealth attendees are part of the Fishbowl experience, actively learning and working with presenters and each other. Inside the Fishbowl, is a concept, problem or innovation. The outer Fishbowl engages in active dialogue, give-and-take, deconstruction, including the nitty-gritty details on what worked, what didn’t and what questions are left to explore.


iTalks put inspiration, ideas and informatics center stage. Infusion of informatics-based solutions into the health    care delivery is the single most transformative process the health care system will undergo in the next 25 years. iTalks are rapid-fire, dynamic, out-of-the-box talks by recognized experts, thought leaders and visionaries. iTalks deliver a fresh take on creativity and problem solving. iTalks will provoke you to challenge status-quo thinking and leave you thinking about how to accelerate change and take big leaps for big rewards.

Industry Showcase Presentations on the Innovation Stage

Leading innovators in industry bring some of their best thinking to center stage in the exhibit hall. Industry showcase presentations in the theater-style presentation area with room for 30-40 participants are scheduled throughout the conference during breaks to draw attendees to the exhibit hall. Six twenty-minute presentation slots are available to conference exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Industry leaders are encouraged to bring their clients in as presenters for peerto-peer presentations.

iHealth “Ideas that Work” Competition

iHealth is about celebrating new ideas that work. We invite all innovators to apply to compete in the iHealth “Ideas that Work” Competition to show how they are overcoming real-world challenges in health care through operational and applied clinical informatics initiatives. Those applicants selected for the competition will demonstrate their solutions in a track dedicated to the completion, which will be juried by a distinguished panel of health are innovators and entrepreneurs.
